职位目标:Job PurposeCQL 产品测试工程师的主要责任是负责按照新产品和持续改进计划要求和GB/STP 测试规范、流程等的要求进行新产品、产品持续改进项目的相关测试验证、测试数据的分析、测试结果和必要的改进建议的报告以及支持测试仪器设备和场地的开发和管理。As a CQL test engineer, your key role and responsibility will follow NPI, CPI program requirement and GBstandard, CAT test procedure, ISO standard requirements to conduct validation test, including testinstruments setup, test execution and data acquirement, data reduction and analysis, reporting out testresult, necessary improvement comments, and support test instruments and test ground development andmanagement.工作职责，但不仅限于:Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:1. 负责按照测试计划要求按照测试流程要求开展NPI/ANPI/NTI 产品的试验与验证，包括仪器的安装、数据的采集、数据的分析、报告和改进性建议Responsible for NPI/ANPI/NTI validation test according to the test plan and test procedurerequirements, including test instruments setup, test execution and data acquirement, data reduction andanalysis, reporting out test result, necessary improvement comments2. 负责按照测试计划地要求按照测试流程要求开展CPI 项目的试验与验证，包括仪器的安装、数据的采集、数据的分析、报告和改进性建议Responsible for CPI project validation test according to the test plan and test procedure requirements，including test instruments setup, test execution and data acquirement, data reduction and analysis,reporting out test result, necessary improvement comments3. 负责组织SYC 的产品认证并支持 CE/CUTR/ARAI/LCVM 等必需的国外认证测试Responsible for CQL Product Nation certification and international regional certification test, such asCE, CUTR, ARAI, LCVM etc.4. 负责测试流程的开发、维护和管理职位福利：五险一金、绩效奖金、餐补、带薪年假、补充医疗保险、定期体检、包吃、包住
