1.负责对经销商服务人员的培训及维修能力认证工作Responsible for the training of dealer service personnel and the
maintenance capability certification；
2.负责协助经销商服务人员对最终用户的协助服务和直接服务Responsible for assisting dealer service personnel in assisting and
providing direct services to end users ;
3.指导经销商做好配件和专用油的库存管理与经营Guide dealers to do inventory management and operation of spare
parts and special oil;
4.市场质量问题反馈及产品改进建议Feedback market quality issues and product improvement suggestions;；
5.负责市场服务站和配件店的开发Responsible
for the market service station and spare parts store development ；
6.指导经销商完成市场疑难故障排除 Guide the dealer service personnel solve the complex fault；
7.完成领导安排的其他工作Complete other tasks
assigned by the manager
